New coffee destination ready for the opening of a

new Shopping Centre

All State Fitouts was approached by CX Presso to design and fit out a trendy coffee shop for a new shopping centre in Mandurah, Perth.

All State Fitouts have a passion and have become a leader in Cafe fit outs!

From an empty shell on a construction site, our design team produced an outstanding trendy café. Then our construction team took over and installed all services for the new coffee shop including new hydraulics, electrical work along with ceilings, joinery & partitioning and flooring.

To ensure the joinery was perfect, it was completed, checked and tested in our factory in Brendale Brisbane and shipped to Perth for the fit out & installation.

Not only does off-site joinery give us the ability to monitor and check everything beforehand, it reduces our on-site time and alleviates mistakes, significantly allowing you to open your store faster and keeping your overall costs lower, increasing your return on your investment.
